Every word, if you would rather read it.

Ordering an equipment appraisal on an SBA seven A loan? Two things decide whether it helps the credit.

One. It can move the advance rate. Used equipment can count at up to fifty percent of book value, or up to eighty percent of orderly liquidation value where an appraisal supports it.

Two. The schedule has to be unit by unit, with serial numbers that tie each asset to the collateral.
