What if my equipment is unusual or hard to value?
It is still covered. Clinical and automotive assets get the deepest focus because they are the hardest to value; everything else is appraised as general machinery and equipment, to the same USPAP standard by the same certified appraiser.

Yes. Lukes & Lukes is a national machinery and equipment appraisal firm. We work as a desktop appraisal from your asset list and photographs, or on-site across one or more locations, anywhere in the United States.
