What this policy covers

This policy applies to lukesappraisals.com and to the information you provide when you contact us or start an appraisal request. It does not cover the separate, engagement-level handling of the confidential materials in an active appraisal, which is governed by your engagement agreement with us.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, company, email, phone number, the reason for the appraisal, and the asset details, photographs and records you send so we can scope and perform the work.
• Information collected automatically: standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring page, gathered through website analytics to understand how the site is used.

The appraisal request form

Our intake request is provided through a hosted form from a third-party intake processor (AppraisalDream). Information you submit through that form is transmitted to and processed by that provider on our behalf so we can respond to your request. Their handling of that data is also subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Analytics and cookies
