Jared Lukes is the CEO and lead appraiser of Lukes & Lukes. He develops and signs the firm's machinery and equipment appraisals under USPAP, as a NEBB-certified Machinery & Equipment Appraiser (CMEA), and carries the family precision standard into every assignment.

Jared leads the firm and the appraisal work. He scopes each engagement, selects and reconciles the approaches to value, and documents the reasoning so the conclusion stands on its own. His view of the craft is simple: an asset is worth a number, and that number is either defensible or it is not. There is no almost.
Across healthcare and medical, automotive, and general industry, Jared brings the same care to a single imaging suite and to a multi-site manufacturing fleet. Every opinion of value he signs is independent, developed under USPAP, and built to withstand lender, SBA, IRS, audit and legal review.
